Why are our statistics so different from other real estate companies?  The simple answer is because we do everything differently.  We do not waste any efforts, time, money, or resources.  We advertise extensively (over 270 high-traffic real estate advertising mediums on average, using an enhanced advertisement whenever it is best) on advertising mediums that actually sell real estate.  Plenty of companies may put your home on 400 or more real estate websites.  Almost none of the other websites sell property. 

Each inquiry coming in to Artizen Realty is tracked by our agents.  How each lead found your home, what they are looking for, and who they are is all documented.  From these lists, we determine how and where to advertise.  By advertising in mediums that generate showings, we make sure that you get the most money for your home.  Our goal is to advertise only to ready, willing, and able buyers for your type of home and in your specific area.  We try not to advertise to window shoppers or random, unfocused buyers.
