Annie Anton, Real Estate Sales

My name is Annie Anton and I have been in real estate since January of 2006.  I have received some of the best training in the industry and with it I have steadily increased my business every year.  I am highly referred by my extensive base of clients, associates, and friends.  My clients always appreciate my approachability and personality, and I am known for bringing some fun to a process that is often stressful.

In addition to my real estate experience, I have a Bachelors Degree in visual art and I have hands-on experience in interior design.  This benefits my clients because I am able to give reliable advice with staging and help to prepare a home to sell.  My buyer clients get a better idea of what they can do with the space of a potential home. 

I recently stepped out of full-time real estate and joined Artizen's referral program.  When you have me refer you a trusted agent to represent you in your real estate needs, 20% of my net proceeds will be donated to charities that help homeless dogs.  I think giving back to others, animals and humans, is extremely important.  You can assist me in this mission when you buy or sell a home!

• Out-of-town buyers rely on my expansive knowledge of the city, being a resident of Chicago for 30 years.
• I have sold all types of residential properties all over the city, but I specialize in single-family homes in Norwood Park and Jefferson Park.
• I am proficient in Spanish and have experience working with Spanish-speaking clients. 
• Being a landlord myself, I offer a unique perspective to investors and am extremely knowledgeable about multi-unit buildings and tenant procedures.

• I studied art at Fordham University in New York and am a member of the Chicago Chapter Alumni Leadership Committee.
• I am an avid traveler and I love languages.  I have been all over Europe and have studied Spanish, French, Italian and Greek.  I am dying to go to Australia and New Zealand!
• I have lived in Madrid and Bilbao, Spain.  I started a Spanish-speaking group here in Chicago for Spanish speakers like myself to practice the language and to celebrate Hispanic culture.
• I am a certified scuba diver.  I have always been fascinated with the underwater world and my biggest fear is sharks, so I'm taking on my fears head-on and having an amazing time on dives!
• I studied piano for fifteen years and accordion for one.  When I have more space and time, I hope to pick up both of these again.
• I am very passionate about dogs.  I spent a few weeks in Greece working to help the stray dogs that live in horrible conditions, I volunteer as a foster parent here in Chicago, and I have started up my own dog walking and pet-sitting business.
• I have many interests and hobbies including art, cooking, gardening and crafting.  I have incorporated that into my business as well, appropriately named Jane of All Trades Chicago.
• I have combined my real estate career with my passion for dogs by starting up a unique referral program.  Every time someone asks me to refer them a qualified real estate agent to help them buy or sell a home, 20% of my net proceeds will be donated to charities that help homeless dogs.
